Our new Fleet Program consists of the EWC WashME app, and a web-based admin portal. Through the management portal, company admin(s) select their preferred wash (“Basic” wash + dry for $6 or our “Signature” wash which includes our best features for $12), designate eligible users and provide a payment method of either a credit card or EFT. With the EWC WashME app, fleet customers can instantly generate a wash code and redeem onsite at any of our 90+ EWC locations. There’s never been an easier way to save money, maintain your fleet’s value and enhance your company’s image!

Sign-up is easy; determine a fleet account admin (can be more than one person), visit EWCFleetSolutions.com and select “Click Here to Apply.” Once your application has been reviewed and processed, you will receive an email with instructions on how to log in to our admin self-serve portal, select your preferred wash and redemption parameters, input billing information (acceptable program forms of payment are credit card and ETF) and eligible team members to be given wash access. All existing Fleet customers prior to January, 2024 will need to complete a new application as well due to updated terms and conditions.

Admins can easily add/remove users, set allowable wash frequency and type, review account usage, and generate invoice receipts through the self-service admin portal at https://members.expresswashconcepts.com/fleet-portal

Contact your Company’s Fleet Account Admin to determine eligibility. Upon being invited to the platform, Members will receive an email with instructions on how to download and use the EWC WashME app.

Wash codes are instantly generated using the EWC WashMe app. The eligible user simply opens the app, inputs their designated Vehicle ID (typically license plate number but is determined by the company admin), selects their wash location, and clicks redeem. A barcode or QR code is generated instantly, and the fleet member scans the code when prompted for payment at the wash kiosk.

Billing for the prior month’s generated wash codes automatically occurs on the first of each month to the credit card on file. The person listed as the primary billing contact will receive a copy of the invoice via email, and admins can view invoices at any time via the admin portal.

Adding or removing users can be easily done in the admin portal. If a removed user has unredeemed wash codes in their profile, the admin can reassign wash codes to an active user.

Account deactivation is managed by the Fleet Admin via the web portal at members.expresswashconcepts.com. Unredeemed wash codes will remain valid in your account for 90 days after cancellation.
